What’s in this high protein diet whey soup?
Our recipe is simple and clean: natural plant goodness plus European-produced vegetarian heat-stable Whey Protein Concentrate (80%) from grass-fed cows with added Organic Brown Rice Protein. It delivers 20g of high quality protein per serving. Plus, it features super-foods broccoli (a great source of Vitamin C, plus folate, phosphorus, selenium and alpha linolenic acid) and seaweed (iodine ⓘ, potassium, magnesium and iron). While power herbs fenugreek and tumeric (with black pepper for absorption) contribute additional health benefits.

The delicious savoury taste of this low carb diet whey protein soup is achieved with zero added salt or sugar or artificial sweeteners (like sucralose or aspartame). Enjoy the lovely creamy texture, knowing there are no thickeners (like guar gum or xanthum gum) or fillers (like microcrystalline cellulose – which is refined wood pulp!) present.
Basically, this protein soup is made with vegetables you’d find in a well stocked fridge (only dehydrated to fit in the pack!), with quality whey and rice protein added to boost the nutritional value. This makes it a tasty, all-natural, real food option (you can literally taste the natural goodness!). Not vanilla, or chocolate or cookies and cream or Banoffee pie or any of the other sweet ice cream flavours of protein shakes or diet drinks. Generally, vegetables = good; biscuits, baked goods and ice cream = bad. That’s Why we developed a high protein soup, not another shake. Anything that tries to imitate the flavour of those sweet treats either has to be bad for you – because it’s loaded with sugar, salt and fat – or, otherwise, must be ‘faking it’. Faking it means using artificial flavourings, sweeteners and thickeners. Running with a savoury soup means we get to celebrate the flavour and goodness of vegetables and herbs, with no need to resort to fakery. You can literally taste the healthiness of this product!

How does our Broccoli Diet Whey Soup taste?
Well, delicious. You have the taste of broccoli, of course. But, the flavour is much more complex than broccoli in a blender. The turmeric, fenugreek, pepper and fennel add earthiness and zing. Plus, there’s a moreish “umami” under layer from the kelp, onion and garlic. While the whey and rice protein make it naturally thicker and creamy. After countless recipe iterations, this is one of our favourite tasting products. It makes getting 20g extra protein a pleasure.
How to prepare a tasty mug of Eat Clean Diet Whey Soup
- Pour a little (1 cm deep) of cold water into a mug
- Add 3 scoops (30g) of powder and stir vigorously until it is a thick blended liquid
- Add a splash (1cm deep) of recently boiled water and stir hard again
- Top up with more just boiled water while stirring continuously
- Stir occasionally while drinking to prevent goodness settling
