My first workout of the week

Sunday, 15 June – Father’s Day in the UK!

To prove I’m getting my workouts done, I’ll be posting about mine too!

My workouts are going to be a little different to yours, because I’ve been doing this a while 😉.

I’m just giving you the details, so you get the idea where you’re headed 💪

Please follow the workout instructions for your next workout, as described in your Kickstart program.

Sticking to the program will help you build technique first, intensity second.

I hope me posting inspires you to get your workout done and, also, share it!

Let’s build a record of our achievements.

A photo and a quick note on how it went would be great (see instructions on the workout pages).

Cheers,

Steve – @miniworkoutdad

Didn’t fancy this. Did it. Glad I did.  Well done Kirsty. It’s not always easy, but that’s true of anything worth pursuing in life! – Steve, @miniworkoutdad

Wow that reverse is certainly different, a good mix up. No’7 done, certainly sweating today.

Wow, starting to really feel the benefit. Tiredness kicks in at about halfway, but managed 8.5 cycles in the 25 mins. We just keep going… You’re doing awesome Michael. It’s tough but it needs to be to shock your body into adapting. Keep going! — Steve

36lb. 9 rounds. Moves flowing nicely into each other now. Noticing left hand grip strength is … well rubbish (nails need to be short ladies!). Favoured form over increasing weight as advised. Smashed it.
