Workout #1

10kg dumbbell, I went 30 seconds over to get the 9 rounds in.

A couple of stops in between rounds to grab a drink & let some fresh air in.

It was good, not too heavy but enough for my first go, definitely had a good sweat.

    Crushed it. No skin on knuckles but crushed it. So quick to do. The trick is just doing it. For fragile knees (too much running in the past) this is such a great workout. Minimal space. The one piece of equipment. Simple.
