Crushed it. No skin on knuckles but crushed it. So quick to do. The trick is just doing it. For fragile knees (too much running in the past) this is such a great workout. Minimal space. The one piece of equipment. Simple. 

Well done Kirsty – first of week two done 💪. If you’ve got dodgy knees, you’ll find the lunges are great for improving the stability of the joint – that’s what my sports therapist told me!

    As the routine becomes familiar the fluidity improves. The first cycle feels like the longest but it goes quickly after that – crikey it’s only 25 minutes there’s no excuse. Maintained  34lb but kept weight further away from body. Still struggling on overhead isometric as bag wants to flop on my head and can’t quite…
