Workout 2

3 x rounds (9 cycles)

Struggled to keep bag in front for  front upper isometric (it became more of an overhead isometric) as my bag is not as turgid as yours (I’ve only 3/4 filled to break myself in) and bag was catching my face/ head. Fixed by tightening up the strap on the Front for the extra weight.  All moves felt harder – which was good – maintained good form.

Lifting of heels and slight jump to get bag above head worked well.

Well done for persisting Kirsty. If you bag is a little empty and floppy, add old rags, foam pipe insulation, packaging peanuts (anything to fill it up more) – Steve, @miniworkoutdad.

36lb. 9 rounds. Moves flowing nicely into each other now. Noticing left hand grip strength is … well rubbish (nails need to be short ladies!). Favoured form over increasing weight as advised. Smashed it.
