After a bit of a break, back again. Great – managed the full 9 cycles, just a few seconds over the 25 mins.

Only one more to go Michael! — Steve

Wow, starting to really feel the benefit. Tiredness kicks in at about halfway, but managed 8.5 cycles in the 25 mins. We just keep going… You’re doing awesome Michael. It’s tough but it needs to be to shock your body into adapting. Keep going! — Steve

Hottest one yet! And humid. But I didn’t let that stop me. 9 rounds!

So, I’m back. It’s been quite a journey to get back to this point. I must admit I’m using a relatively light weight and I’ve only managed 2 cycles in the time, but I’m proud of myself for getting back to this point after having a bit of ill health after Christmas. Onwards!

Much cooler now. But a tough one. Maybe because I was drinking wine last night?

Crushed it. No skin on knuckles but crushed it. So quick to do. The trick is just doing it. For fragile knees (too much running in the past) this is such a great workout. Minimal space. The one piece of equipment. Simple.

Always harder doing this at the end of the day rather than the start! reverse cycle feels easier on the grip strength. I’m looking at this 25 x 3 times a week like “tooth brushing” – it’s gotta be done. Just over half way.  Exactly. We clean our teeth because of what we don’t want…
