As the routine becomes familiar the fluidity improves. The first cycle feels like the longest but it goes quickly after that – crikey it’s only 25 minutes there’s no excuse. Maintained  34lb but kept weight further away from body. Still struggling on overhead isometric as bag wants to flop on my head and can’t quite get my arms at 90o as head/face in the way.

Hi Kirsty, if your GripSack is a bit under filled and therefore floppy, there’s an easy way to fix that: just add polystyrene packaging chips, bubble wrap, or a bit of that foam pipe insulation to fill some space. Even rags works! Once, you’re up to 40lb (which will be no time the rate you’re going) that works for a 50-70 – Steve, @miniworkoutdad

Day three was the most difficult mentally so far.  I was feeling lazy today and did not want to do it.  I had to remind myself that I’m an adult and sometimes we do what we need to do, not what we want to do.  As soon as I completed that last lunge, it felt…

After a bit of a break, back again. Great – managed the full 9 cycles, just a few seconds over the 25 mins. Only one more to go Michael! — Steve
