William getting his workout done at work on his lunch time

(8/15/2025)

Today I was only able to do two cycles and 1 round of the third cycle, still with the 25lbs.  I worked out during my lunch at work outside in the parking lot.  The heat absolutely drained me!  I’m going to need to get back in a climate-controlled environment until I get a bit stronger.  Yesterday, I found myself eager to get to today’s workout.  Hearing Steve say, “This is the one that counts,” always gave me a little extra push.

Hey William, that’s real commitment you’re showing there already buddy. Kudos to you for fitting it in around work – Steve, @miniworkoutdad

A muggy one. Got out early (just after 10am) to beat the heat. Legs wobbling at the end, but made my 8 cycles. 1 week done!
