It was really hard (hot!). I purposely tried to do all the exercises correctly and to not keep stopping. I really felt it, but didn’t give up – amazingly. Next one Thursday!

So, I’m back. It’s been quite a journey to get back to this point. I must admit I’m using a relatively light weight and I’ve only managed 2 cycles in the time, but I’m proud of myself for getting back to this point after having a bit of ill health after Christmas. Onwards!
