So, I dropped the weight to 25 pounds, and this workout was STILL more challenging than I remembered! My hands were absolutely smoked, and I only completed two cycles. But I showed up, and to me, that counts more than anything. I’ll drop the weight down to 20 pounds if I have to, but I will continue to show up. I have a sneaky suspicion my nutrition is to blame for the decrease in energy. I’m trying to eliminate gluten from my diet, so the last two weeks, I’ve been indulging in way too many sweets, excusing myself because they are ‘gluten-free’ treats.

Bydanmagpie17Completed, but not finished. Just the start!. Cycled home from work and straight into it in a nice shady and breezy part of the garden. No pain 😁. Roll on the next one.
